Hinton Mortgage & Investment Co. is seeking qualified sales professionals to offer mortgage loan products in the state of Texas. We are looking for highly motivated, creative problem solvers who understand the importance of delivering value to their customers and who value a ground floor opportunity to grow their career with an established company. Integrity, diligence, perseverance, and honesty are integral qualities of our team and we are seeking individuals who are driven by these same qualities.

Hinton Mortgage & Investment Co. offers purchase, refinance, construction and renovation mortgages. We are looking for those who can distinguish themselves from product and build a rock-solid client foundation.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Solid experience in a business environment where customer service and customer retention were top priorities
An above average understanding of the Texas real estate market
An associates or four year college degree
At least one year of experience in sales
Licensed loan officer in the state of Texas or at least 18 months experience with an exempt lender
A solid understanding of value across the mortgage and non-mortgage industries
Drive and motivation to continually build relationships with realtors, builders, and borrowers
Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
Highly motivated by long term, career sustenance in the "mortgage sales space"
Established realtor, builder, and customer relationships in the "mortgage space" or
established customer relationships in a non-mortgage market segment
